Cam Want chats to New Empire’s lead singer Jeremy Fowler on The Green Room about their upcoming album In A Breath and latest single release ‘Say It Like You Mean It’.

Jeremy tells us about his nerve-racking experience of having his first tattoo and the surprisingly smooth transition of New Empire having undergone a few band member changes recently.

He discusses the significance of the songwriting process, for him personally, and what some of the lyrics on this album mean to him. Having lost his mother quite young to cancer earlier this year, he wrote ‘In A Breath’ for her in reflection of his eternal perspective on life through these emotional times.

Listen in below to hear what fans can expect from the other tracks on the new album. It would appear that the boys experiment more so with synths and vintage, ’80s sounds…

If you just can’t get enough of New Empire, tune in to Jimi Love’s interview on Access All Areas here.
