Melbourne saw an emotional episode of My Kitchen Rules last night when Brisbane’s mother and daughter duo Valerie and Courtney cooked up an absolute storm of a dish thanks to a secret weapon.
When the Indian duo thought of a main dish for their Indian-inspired Instant Restaurant, what better place to turn to than the family cookbook. Valerie and Courtney decided to cook a Goat’s Curry, a sentimental family recipe that was passed down from their late Poppi, that’s Valerie’s father. And the results were incredible, scoring a perfect ten from the judges.
