But in this ultimate cook-off, which talented breakfast host triumphed in the end?? Who now has endless bragging rights and can now call themselves an award-winning TV chef?

A study has been released that has found employers are likely to make assumptions if the candidate is overqualified.

These include concerns for a heightened expense on their part to hire them, a likelihood for the candidate to leave the position early and that the candidate will be generally unsatisfied with the position.
