1. With each meal you need some quality protein, quality fat and quality carbohydrate (think the 3 points of a triangle when you go to eat - have you got each point covered?)
2. Have a wind down period each day - switch of technology by 7.00pm and get to bed at a sensible time eg. 9.30pm
3. Read your body signals - tune in to what it is trying to tell you and take the necessary action to deal with it
4. Match your exercise program to where your body is at and progress from there
