Mick Hall - Addiction and Rehab


Craig and Jane talk to recovering addict Mick Hall, who has a harrowing story to tell about addiction, jail and rehabilitation.

Many times Mick attempted to take his own life, but has now been drug-free for twelve years- he continues to maintain the belief that staying sober and clean is an ongoing process and will never truly be over. 

Mick father Geoff also joins The Grandstanders in the studio, and talks of his experiences in becoming aware of Mick's problem, and the years of support that would follow.

The weight loss rollercoaster


Craig and Jane chat to LightFM's very own Jo Bianchi from our Sponsorship department, who has an incredible, rollercoaster story of weight loss.

After receiving the news of diabetes, Jo resolved to be able to be there for her grandson as he grew up, and sought the aid of a health professional. This was only the beginning, and she describes how she managed to acquire the tools to combat the psychological process as well as the physical.
